Once booked, we will email you directions to the tour location. For parties larger than 2 people on the One Hour and Two Hour tours, we will most likely have at least one sled to accommodate two people.

Cancellation Policy… A 10% processing fee will be charged to all cancellations. A full refund (minus the 10% processing fee) will be given if a cancellation is received before 48 hours of your scheduled tour. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours of your scheduled tour a 50% refund will be given. No shows will be charged in full. If weather conditions cause us to cancel a tour, a full refund will be given.
